MABEL was built in 1889 by T.W. LAKE, at Seattle, for work on the Snohomish River. She had two 10 x 36 non-condensing engines from the NOOKSAK.
She had many owners. Ten years later her engines went to the dredge PAULINE WARRIOR.
In 1902 she was abandoned at Echo Bay, Sucia Island, San Juan Archipelago.
This information submitted by the late mariner, J. Robin Paterson, Gig Harbor, WA.
